Refund & Cancellation Policy
Canceling a subscription
You may cancel a credit subscription at any time from Account → Manage billing. Canceling at the end of the billing period keeps access until that period ends. Immediate cancellation ends paid access right away.
Refunds
Digital credit grants and cosmetic items are generally non-refundable once delivered. If a charge was made in error, payment failed after charge, or you believe there is a billing mistake, contact us within 14 days and we will review with Paddle.
