This policy describes how PetPetAgent / AgentPet collects and uses information when you use our desktop app and billing website.
What we collect
- Account details (such as email) when you sign in
- Billing identifiers and subscription status from our payment partner Paddle (we do not store full card numbers)
- Usage data needed to deliver credits, skins, and support
How we use it
We use this information to operate AgentPet, fulfill purchases, prevent fraud, and communicate about your account. Paddle processes payments as Merchant of Record; their privacy terms also apply to checkout.
Sharing
We share data with service providers required to run AgentPet (for example authentication, hosting, and Paddle). We do not sell your personal information.
Retention & rights
We retain account and billing records as needed for the service and legal obligations. Contact us to request access or deletion where applicable.
